Dans leur décision migratoire, les femmes comparent différents facteurs entre leur pays d’origine et de destination : taux de chômage, possibilité de participer au marché du travail, structure démographique des populations concernées... Dans le cas de l’émigration algérienne, c’est moins le regroupement familial que la volonté d’intégration économique qui détermine la migration des compétences féminines. |
