| Summary, etc. | Diverticulosis of the small intestine is a rare condition whose management remains controversial. Often asymptomatic and fortuitous discovery, it can be revealed by its infectious or hemorrhagic complications most often requiring emergency surgical management. Imaging now enables accurate diagnosis, and new endoscopic and interventional radiological techniques have made it possible to limit the urgent surgical indication. The curative treatment remains today the exeresis of the digestive segment reached by diverticulosis; however, it is to be integrated in a global care, in order to be able to realize it under good conditions, in order to limit complications. |

| Summary, etc. | La diverticulose de l’intestin grêle est une maladie rare dont la prise en charge reste controversée. Souvent asymptomatique et de découverte fortuite, elle peut se révéler par ses complications infectieuses ou hémorragiques nécessitant le plus souvent une prise en charge chirurgicale en urgence. L’imagerie permet aujourd’hui un diagnostic précis, et de nouvelles techniques endoscopiques et radiologiques interventionnelles ont permis de limiter l’indication chirurgicale urgente. Le traitement curatif reste aujourd’hui l’exérèse du segment digestif atteint par la diverticulose ; cependant, celui-ci est à intégrer dans une prise en charge globale, afin de pouvoir le réaliser dans de bonnes conditions, en situation dite « idéale, à froid », afin d’en limiter les complications. |
