| Summary, etc. | About 5 to 10% of gastro-intestinal surgeries are complicated by anastomotic leakage, responsive of a high morbidity and mortality. Endoscopic management of these complications has become the first-line of treatment whether or not combined with radiological or surgical drainage. Several technics are available: Stents, clips, endoscopic suturing, EndoVac™ therapy. The size, the localization, the experimentation of the endoscopist must be taken into account in the decision. We propose to detail the different techniques and their results in the treatment of digestive anastomotic fistulas. |

| Summary, etc. | Cinq à dix pour cent des chirurgies digestives se compliquent d’une fistule anastomotique responsable d’une morbi-mortalité élevée. La prise en charge endoscopique est devenue le traitement de premier choix, associé ou non à un drainage radiologique ou chirurgical. Parmi les techniques endoscopiques, on trouve les prothèses, les clips, les sutures endoscopiques, colles et endothérapies par pression négative. La stratégie thérapeutique est fonction de la taille, la localisation, la cause, la durée d’évolution de la fistule et l’expérience de l’opérateur. Nous proposons de détailler les différentes techniques et leurs résultats dans le traitement des fistules anastomotiques digestives. |
