Summary, etc. | Cette contribution vise à mettre au jour l’originalité des processus de communication au sein des dynamiques de transformation sociale. Plus particulièrement, en explorant l’émergence, le processus et le résultat des innovations sociales porteuses de changement nous montrons que l’incommunication est un facteur déclencheur de la volonté de transformation portée par un groupe social et que la délibération est le moteur du renouvellement du socle symbolique de ce dernier. Enfin, nous soulignons l’importance d’une approche praxéologique de la communication lors de la diffusion de ces innovations dans la société. Autrement dit, aux classiques stratégies marketing nous opposons une praxis communicationelle comme un ensemble d’actions organisantes de perspectives partagées alors vectrice de l’institutionnalisation de nouvelles pratiques et représentations. |

Summary, etc. | This article seeks to bring out the originality of the communication processes that occur within the dynamics of social transformation. More specifically, an exploration of the emergence, the processes and the outcome of social innovations that can bring about such change shows that incommunication is a triggering factor of a social group’s drive for transformation; deliberation is the motivating force for the renewal of the group’s symbolic base. Finally, the significance of a praxeological approach to communication in diffusing these innovations throughout society is emphasized. This sort of communication praxis is contrasted with standard marketing strategies, for praxis is a collection of actions that organize perspectives that are shared, and thus serve as vectors for institutionalizing new practices and representations. |
