Mais dans l’espace public médiatisé continental, au contraire, prévalent encore des visions de l’alimentation centrées sur la concurrence et le conflit. Ce paradoxe pourrait s’estomper, comme le prouvent des institutions telles que la nouvelle Cité internationale de la gastronomie et du vin (Dijon) et le festival culturel Cous Cous Fest (Sicile).
