Un territoire peuplé d’individus libres, où les différentes entités politiques se décrivent non pas comme isolées et en guerre avec ceux qui ne se laissent pas subjuguer, mais comme circonscrivant un espace de décision et de libre discussion collectif qui n’est concevable que dans une connexion productive avec des réalités sociales hétérogènes. Un lieu dont les habitants jugent que l’agression violente ne peut être placée qu’en dehors de la sphère de la politique et de son langage. |
