| Summary, etc. | The last ten years have seen a number of conflicts between the Norwegian authorities and indigenous Sami reindeer herders over the construction of wind farms on Sami reindeer husbandry land. While the Norwegian authorities present these farms as a necessary step in the move away from fossil fuels, the Sami herders and activists see them as « green colonialism », a logic of expropriation disguised as environmentalist rhetoric. This article explores how the conflict surrounding the Fosen wind farms – a project rejected by the Norwegian Supreme Court – has served to consolidate these narratives of struggle and increase the Sami’s distrust of the Norwegian authorities. |

| Summary, etc. | Les dix dernières années ont été marquées par plusieurs conflits entre les autorités norvégiennes et les éleveurs de rennes autochtones samis, au sujet de la construction de parcs éoliens sur les terres d’élevage des Samis. Alors que les autorités norvégiennes présentent ces parcs comme une étape nécessaire dans l’abandon des combustibles fossiles, leséleveursetmilitantssamisconsidèrentcesdernierscomme du « colonialisme vert », c’est-à-dire une logique d’expropriation dissimulée sous un discours écologiste. Cet article explore comment le conflit autour des parcs éoliens de Fosen – projet rejeté par la Cour suprême norvégienne – a servi à consolider ces récits de lutte et à augmenter la méfiance des Samis à l’égard des autorités norvégiennes. |
