Notre approche (que nous appelons la « fabrique ») nous fait mieux comprendre des pratiques de dialogue permettant d’expliciter les processus de différenciation et de transformer l’organisation. Nous nous appuyons pour cela sur une étude menée dans une grande entreprise d’origine française. |

Summary, etc. | Our research concerns the relationships established between diversity management practices, individual differentiation processes and organizational transformation within firms acting on diversity. We will give some elements concerning a new approach of organizational transformation, in terms of social fabric. This approach aims to better understand dialogical practices through that individual differentiation processes are debated and initiating organizational transformation. After presenting a few premises, we will deepen this approach through a case study concerning these issues into a large French firm. |
