| Summary, etc. | Au sein du langage poétique, la métaphore est une innovation de sens et en tant que telle elle peut révéler un monde autre à travers une interprétation. Paul Ricœur ne traite de la métaphore vive que comme une image verbale ; nous cherchons pour notre part à étendre ses caractéristiques à l’image visuelle sous toutes ses formes et plus particulièrement à ce que donne à voir l’art d’aujourd’hui, dit art contemporain, dans la multiplicité de ses expressions. En quoi un tel détour par l’esthétique philosophique et l’interprétation ou herméneutique peut-il enrichir la formation du futur manager ? Le portrait de ce dernier dressé par Mintzberg notamment, montre à quel point les qualités de créativité et d’inventivité sont nécessaires pour exercer ce métier. Face à l’œuvre d’art comme face à une situation managériale il faut juger, inventer, interpréter, se projeter, avoir une vision de l’avenir. En un mot il faut développer en interaction avec la raison de fortes qualités imaginatives. Dans une interdisciplinarité les facultés telles que créativité et inventivité ont davantage de chance de se développer. |

| Summary, etc. | Within the poetic language metaphor is an innovation of meaning i.e. it can reveal another world through an interpretation. Paul Ricœur developed the “métaphore vive” only as a verbal image; we try to extend its features to the visual image as a whole and especially in such a way that contemporary art reveals itself in the multiplicity of its expressions. How such a digression through philosophical aesthetics and interpretation, i.e. hermeneutics can enhance the training of the future manager? His portrait developed by Mintzberg in particular, shows how creativity and inventiveness are required in order to practice this specific job. In front of a work of art just as facing a managerial situation we can judge, invent, interpret, contemplate, have a vision of the future. In a nutshell we can develop strong imaginative abilities linked to reason. These abilities as creativity and inventiveness have more chance to be developed in an interdisciplinary approach. |
