Summary, etc. |

Summary, etc. | What place in the Organisations for the gifted? High intellectual capacity of some impress those around them with ease to enter the properties and relationships so “brilliant”, fast and without obvious effort. Their IQ, indicated by the duly calibrated psychometric tests, opening up in this small percentage of the population that is defined as “gifted”. This difference is a factor of success and a guarantee of professional adaptation? Through what is known about famous cases, interviews and our clinical experience of “giftedness” facing school and professional realities we will identify ways to answer these questions. We particularly look at the specific dynamics of personality that seems to lead to overinvestment cognitive processes. The instinctual roots of intelligence seems a factor creative potential by what psychoanalysis calls sublimation, but it is also a source of uncertainty, inducing phase with the collective and perhaps even suffering. |
