| Summary, etc. | Les Troubles de la Personnalité (Am. Psych. Ass. 1996), dans le cadre d’un continuum qui va du normal au pathologique, sont responsables d’inadaptation et d’une altération du fonctionnement social qui peut parfois amener à des actes qui dépassent les limites du code pénal. La souffrance subjective peut s’inscrire en diachronie et être constituée de conditions psychopathologiques négligées pendant l’enfance, qui évoluent en un trouble de la personnalité durant l’adolescence et qui débouchent sur des actes de délinquance chez l’adulte. Nous présentons ici le cas d’un abus d’un mineur sur un mineur au cours duquel, grâce à une consultation technique « humaine » et visant à la prévention plus qu’à la criminalisation, il a été possible d’éviter une action judiciaire dévastatrice pour toutes les parties en jeu. |

The individual pain might take place in a diachrony and be made up of neglected childhood psychopathological conditions. These conditions evolve at first during adolescence and emerge as delinquent activities during adulthood. The case presented here involves the abuse of a minor by a teenager, which, thanks to a humane treatment directed towards prevention rather than criminalization, avoided legal intervention and its devastating effects for all involved. |

| Summary, etc. | Abuso di minore su minore I Disturbi di Personalità, all’interno di un continuum dal normale al patologico, sono inadattivi e responsabili di un’alterazione del funzionamento sociale che a volte può arrivare ad atti che oltrepassano i limiti del codice penale. La sofferenza soggettiva può essere inscritta in una diacronicità che spesso vede condizioni psicopatologiche trascurate durante l’infanzia, evolversi in un disturbo di personalità durante l’adolescenza e sfociare in atti delinquenziali nell’adulto. Viene presentato un caso di abuso di minore su minore, nel quale, grazie ad una consulenza tecnica “umana” e mirata alla prevenzione più che alla criminalizzazione, si è potuto evitare una vicenda giudiziaria devastante per tutte le parti in gioco. |
