| Summary, etc. | Une psychothérapie, inspirée par le Rêve-Éveillé, d’un garçon de l’âge de 4 ans à l’âge de 9 ans. Jimmy a une combinaison de troubles visuo-spatiaux et moteurs ainsi que des troubles de l’apprentissage, et des troubles émotionnels. Il a besoin d’une thérapie centrée sur le développement, d’une médication, et d’un soutien scolaire ainsi que d’une psychothérapie. Au commencement de la cure, il montre peu d’aptitude au playing thématique et symbolique. Sa mère et lui ont une relation intense, fusionnelle, et agressive. La thérapie stabilise dans un premier temps la relation « mère-enfant » et aide les parents à se mettre à l’écoute de leur garçon. Ensuite la psychothérapie individuelle aidera l’enfant à développer le jeu symbolique et à découvrir l’imaginaire. La relation « thérapeute patient » lui permet d’utiliser l’imaginaire pour exprimer et changer ses représentations du soi, de la mère, de la sexualité, et de l’agressivité. Le travail du thérapeute en lien avec la mère concernant ses relations avec Jimmy et ses propres parents (grands-parents) sont particulièrement importants. |

| Summary, etc. | The Crying Boy Psychotherapy, inspired by the Rêve-Éveillé, of a boy from age 4 to 9. Jimmy had a combination of sensorimotor, learning, and emotional disorders. He needed developmental therapies, medication, and special education in addition to psychotherapy. At the beginning of treatment, he showed little capacity for thematic or symbolic play. He and his mother were trapped in an intense, fused, and aggressive relationship. Psychotherapy focused first on stabilizing the mother-child relationship and helping parents tune in the child. Then individual therapy helped the boy develop symbolic play and discover the imaginaire. Through the relationship with the therapist, he was able to use the imaginaire to express and change fundamental concepts of self, mother, sexuality, and aggression. The therapist’s work with the mother on her relationships to her son and to her own parents was particularly important. |

Jimmy presenta una combinazione di disturbi visivi/spaziali e di disturbi dell’apprendimento, nonché di disturbi emozionali.
