| Summary, etc. | RésuméLa petite entreprise est devenue une partie indissociable de l’économie des pays développés. De nos jours, les questions liées au développement du petit entrepreneuriat en Russie sont placées au centre de nombreuses études. Malgré l’existence de programmes d’aide aux petites entreprises élaborés par le gouvernement russe depuis 1995, tous les problèmes auxquels sont confrontés les petits entrepreneurs n’ont pas trouvé leur résolution. Les principaux obstacles qui entravent le développement de la petite entreprise en Russie, peuvent être divisés en trois grands groupes : problèmes issus des rapports entre l’État et l’entrepreneur (obstacles administratifs), problèmes qui touchent aux finances de l’entreprise (infrastructure bancaire insuffisante et manque de crédits pour les petites entreprises), problèmes qui concernent les cadres (manque crucial de cadres appropriés sur le marché du travail russe). | Summary, etc. | In developed nations, small enterprises (SE) have become the integral part of the economic system. Currently, many investigations are made dealing with the Russian sector of SE. In spite of the existence, since 1995, of federal aid programs for SE, recent research have shown that very few of the problems faced by businessmen have not been resolved. The main obstacles on the way of SE development in Russia can be divided into 3 groups: obstacles associated with the relationships between businessmen and the State (administrative barriers), financial problems (lack of bank credit, high interest rates), problems of staff selection (lack of skilled specialists on the labour market).
