| Summary, etc. | Les relations entre les différents acteurs du champ de la santé évoluent rapidement depuis quelques années. Au cœur de ces mutations se trouve la question de l’information médicale : son accès, sa diffusion, sa compréhension et sa maîtrise. Les associations de patients voient leur rôle se renforcer, devenant des interlocuteurs à part entière, à la fois pour les professionnels, mais aussi pour les usagers du système sanitaire, qu’ils accompagnent dans la « prise de pouvoir » sur leur santé. C’est ainsi que la Maison des usagers du centre hospitalier Sainte-Anne à Paris permet un accès direct à l’information médicale et à la reconnaissance d’un savoir profane sur les maladies. Les professionnels de santé sont directement interpellés par cette évolution. |

| Summary, etc. | A new place for users of psychiatric services: mutual aid, accompaniment and informationRelations between the different players of the health sector have been evolving rapidly for some years. At the heart of such mutations is the question of medical information: access, diffusion, comprehension and control. Patients’ associations are seeing their role reinforced as they become actors in their own right, with respect to both health sector professionals and the system’s users, whom they accompany as the latter “take control” of their health. The “Users’ House” in the Sainte-Anne hospital in Paris thus allows direct access to medical information and recognises a layperson’s knowledge of illness. Health care professionals are directly affected by this evolution. |

| Summary, etc. | La relaciones entre los diferentes actores del campo de la salud evolucionan rapidamente desde hace algunos años. En el centro de estas mutaciones se encuentra la cuestión de la información médica : su acceso, su difusión, su comprensión y su dominio. Las asociaciones de pacientes afianzan su rol frente a auténticos interlocutores, tanto delante de profesionales como con los usuarios del dispositivo sanitario a los que acompañan en la ″toma del poder″ sobre su salud. Es así como la casa de los usuarios del centro hospitalario Sainte-Anne de París permite un acceso directo a la información médica y al reconocimiento de un saber profano sobre las enfermedades. Los profesionales de la salud se ven directamente interpelados por esta evolución. |
