| Summary, etc. | Les études en psychopathologie, à partir du XIXe siècle, ont abouti au concept de voyage pathologique, concept exclusivement français qui se réfère au comportement, au passage à l’acte d’une personne qui est atteinte d’une maladie ; on va voir quelle est son évolution historique et sa définition la plus appropriée, ainsi que le grand nombre d’affections qui peuvent donner lieu à un tableau clinique similaire. Nous allons décrire les « syndromes » d’Inde, de Paris, de Stendhal, de Jérusalem et de Tahiti qui peuvent générer une confusion sémiologique à cause du manque de clarté des concepts de troubles dissociatifs et des différents mécanismes du délire. |

| Summary, etc. | Pathological displacement : background and differential diagnosesStudies in psychopathology from the 19th century on led to a concept of the pathological journey, an exclusively French concept which refers to the behaviour, the acting out of a person suffering from an illness ; we will examine its historical evolution and most appropriate definition, as well as the large number of ailments that can give rise to a similar clinical tableau. | Summary, etc. | Los estudios psicopatológicos, a partir del siglo XIX, han acuñado el concepto de viaje patológico, concepto exclusivamente francés que se refiere al comportamiento, al paso al acto de una persona enferma ; veremos cual es su evolución histórica y su definición más apropiada, así como el gran número de afecciones que pueden provocar un cuadro clínico similar. Describiremos los ″síndromes″ de la India, de París, de Stendhal, de Jerusalén y de Tahití que pueden generar una confusión semiológica a causa de la poca claridad de los conceptos de transtornos disociativos y de los distintos mecanismos del delirio. |
