| Summary, etc. | Depuis quelques années, on observe une augmentation des demandes de traitement ambulatoires enjointes par l’autorité judiciaire. Ces adresses surviennent aux différents temps de la procédure judiciaire : examen des plaintes, procès, libération conditionnelle. Les motifs manifestes (violences familiales, conjugales, sexuelles) en sont variés et semblent obéir à une tendance sociétale du moment. Les cliniciens s’interrogent sur la valeur de ces demandes qui les confrontent à une clientèle inconnue jusque-là des centres médicopsychologiques. Les intéressés eux-mêmes doutent parfois de l’utilité de la démarche qui leur est imposée. Dans ces conditions, l’entreprise thérapeutique peut paraître une gageure. Certains, pourtant, se saisissent de l’ouverture qui leur est faite. |

| Summary, etc. | “I was told to come”In the past years, an increase has been observed in the number of referrals for outpatient care emanating from legal bodies. These can occur at different moments in the legal procedure: preliminary inquiry, trial, conditional release. The prevailing reasons – family, conjugal and sexual violence – are varied and seem to follow contemporary societal trends. Clinicians question the value of these orders which bring them face to face with a type of patient hitherto unknown to medico-psychological centres. The persons concerned seem themselves to have doubts as to the value of the enforced course of treatment. Under such conditions, therapy can seem a impossible undertaking. Some though do make the most of the opportunity presented to them. |

| Summary, etc. | Desde hace algunos años se nota un aumento de las demandas de tratamiento ambulatorio obligatorio por orden judicial. Estas demandas tienen lugar durante las distintas fases del proceso judicial : examen de la denuncia, juicio, liberación condicional. Los motivos manifiestos (violencias familiares, conyugales, sexuales) son muy variados y parecen obeceder a una tendencia societal del momento. Los terapeutas se interrogan sobre el valor de estas demandas que les confrontan a una clientela que no se conocía en los centros medicopsicológicos. Incluso los interesados dudan a veces de la utilidad del dispositivo que se les impone. En estas condiciones la empresa tarapéutica puede parecen un reto. Algunos, a pesar de todo, aprovechan la abertura que se les propone. |
