| Summary, etc. | Le syndrome de Charge est une maladie génétique rare, associant un tableau polymalformatif et des troubles psychiatriques variés. Il n’est pas rare que les enfants atteints de ce syndrome entrent dans le circuit du handicap rapidement ; ce n’est que tardivement qu’ils sont adressés en pédopsychiatrie. Quels tableaux psychiatriques peuvent-ils ? Quels sont les moyens à disposition du pédopsychiatre pour prendre en charge ces patients si inhabituels ? Et surtout, quelle est l’efficacité de la psychothérapie dans ces cas ? Cet article présente deux cas cliniques de syndrome de Charge suivis par notre intersecteur de psychiatrie infantojuvénile. Chacun de ces deux enfants a pu bénéficier de la psychothérapie institutionnelle la mieux adapté à sa psychopathologie. |

| Summary, etc. | Psychotherapy and Charge syndromeCharge syndrome is a rare genetic illness, combining a polymalformative tableau with various psychiatric disorders. It is not unusual for children suffering from this syndrome to rapidly enter the handicap circuit, and only much later be referred to paedopsychiatry.What psychiatric tableaux characterize them ? What means are available in paedopsychiatry to take care of these highly unusual patients ? And above all, what is the efficacy of psychotherapy in these cases ? This article presents two clinical cases of Charge syndrome monitored by our child and adolescent psychiatry sector. Each of these two children has benefited from institutional psychotherapy suited to their psychopathology. |

| Summary, etc. | Psicoterapia y síndrome de ChargeEl síndrome de Charge es una enfermedad genética muy poco frecuente que asocia un cuadro polimalformativo y trastornos psiquiátricos variados. Es relativamente frecuente que los niños afectados por este síndrome entren rapidamente en el circuito del handicap ; más tarde se les dirige hacia la psiquiatría infantil. ¿Cual es el cuadro psiquiátrico ? ¿Cuales son los medios de los que dispone el psiquiatra infantil para tratar estos pacientes tan poco habituales ? ¿Cual es la eficaca de la psicoterapia en estos casos ? El artículo presenta dos casos clínicos del síndrome de Charge seguidos por nuestro intersector de psiquiatría infanto-juvenil. Cada niño ha seguido una psicoterapia institucional adaptada a su psicopatología. |
