| Summary, etc. | Cet article retrace l’évolution du concept clinique de perversion narcissique, depuis sa formulation par P.-C. Racamier, les contributions de différents auteurs, son application à l’expertise judiciaire, à l’entreprise, au champ social, jusqu’aux modalités cliniques regroupées dans le tableau de prédation morale. Sa psychopathologie est étudiée ; la place du narcissisme pathologique permet de comprendre son incidence dans les psychoses et dans les cas limites. Pour l’approche thérapeutique, et notamment de la difficulté du transfert, l’idée de lien intersubjectif permet d’avancer dans l’analyse des mécanismes qui essayent d’impliquer une autre psyché et dans leur identification. |

| Summary, etc. | Narcissistic perversion, an evolving conceptThis article looks back on the evolution of the clinical concept of narcissistic perversion since its coining by P.-C. Racamier, the contributions of different authors, its application to legal expert opinion, business and the social arena and finally the clinical features of moral predation. Its psychopathology is studied ; the place of pathological narcissism makes it easier to understand its incidence in psychoses and borderline states. For the therapeutic approach to the difficulty of transference in particular, the idea of the intersubjective link enables us to move forward in the analysis and identification of mechanisms which attempt to implicate another psyche. |

| Summary, etc. | La perversión narcisista, un concepto en evoluciónEste artículo describe la evolución del concepto clínico perversión narcisista, desde su formulación por P.-C. Racamier, las contribuciones de distintos autores, su aplicación al peritaje judicial, a la empresa, al campo social, hasta las modalidades clínicas agrupadas en el cuadro de depredación moral. Se estudia su psicopatología ; el lugar del narcisismo patológico permite incluir su incidencia en las psicosis y en los casos fronterizos. Para el enfoque terapéutico y, en particular, de la dificultad de la transferencia, la idea de vínculo intersubjetivo permite avanzar en el análisis de los mecanismos que intentan implicar otro psiquismo y en su reconocimiento. |
