| Summary, etc. | RésuméÀ partir d’un cas clinique de pédopsychiatrie de liaison sont abordés les points forts de la prise en charge des adolescents atteints du VIH. 1) La problématique de la non-observance. Caractéristique de la dynamique processuelle adolescente. Moyen d’interpeller l’autre sur sa souffrance en « tombant malade ». Facteurs limitants liés à la problématique du secret. 2) La problématique de la sexualité. Le préservatif est peu utilisé malgré le risque, par crainte de la découverte de leur séropositivité. Questionnement sur la responsabilité morale de procréer. 3) Accompagnement. Renarcissisation. 4) Prise en charge bifocale enfant-parents. Appréhender les impacts croisés entre maladie et processus d’adolescence. |

| Summary, etc. | Adolescencia y HIVA partir de un caso clínico de psiquiatría infantil, son debatidos los principales puntos de la atención para los adolescentes que sufren de HIV. 1) La problemática de la non compliance. Característica del proceso dinámico adolescente. Medio a través del cual, el adolescente transmite su sufrimiento a los otros « enfermandose ». La limitación de los factores relacionados con la problemática del secreto. 2) La problemática de la sexualidad. Poco uso de preservativos, a pesar de los riesgos de descubrimiento por temor a su estatus de HIV. Cuestionamiento de la responsabilidad moral de procrear. 3) Apoyo. Renarcisisación. 4) Apoyo bifocal niño-padres. Comprender el impacto transversal entre la enfermedad y la adolescencia. |
