| Summary, etc. | RésuméNous proposons une évaluation du bien-être dans les régions françaises. Pour mesurer ce bien-être, nous recourons à un indice composite plutôt qu’au PIB par habitant. L’Indice de Bien-être dans les Régions françaises (IBER), conçu dans une approche de développement durable, comporte 3 dimensions (économique, sociale et environnementale) et 22 variables. Calculé pour les régions de France métropolitaine, il montre le caractère multidimensionnel du bien-être et apporte un éclairage différent de celui du PIB par habitant.Codes JEL : I31, Q01, R10 |

| Summary, etc. | We propose an evaluation of well-being in the French regions. In order to measure well-being, we use a composite index rather then to GDP per inhabitant. The Index of well-being in the French Regions, in a sustainable development approach, entails 3 dimensions, economic, social and environmental, and 22 variables.
