| Summary, etc. | RésuméAujourd’hui plus qu’hier, la psychiatrie en se plaçant sous l’enseigne de la santé mentale participe à une « séquestration » molle, liquide, flexible des sujets en les insérant dans des réseaux de conformisation. La « nouvelle » psychiatrie n’a plus la guérison comme objectif car la maintenance lui suffit. Et à côté de cette administration sociale de la déviance, se développent des techniques psychorééducatives qui apprennent aux individus à toujours mieux se gouverner eux-mêmes en consentant librement à leur normalisation. Nul besoin de soigner quand on peut surveiller et rééduquer mollement, librement et de manière égalitaire. Mais ces dispositifs d’évaluation, de normalisation et d’assujettissement rencontrent des limites dans nos pratiques cliniques et nous permettent de ne pas désespérer du sujet. |

The “new” Psychiatry no longer has healing as a primary objective as management as basic care is sufficient. In addition, administration of social deviance, psychological re-educational techniques have been developed to teach individuals that it is always better to govern themselves freely by accepting their normalization. No one needs to receive care when you can monitor and rehabilitate gently, freely and equally. However, this standardization of evaluation devices and awareness of the limitations encountered in our clinical practice does not permit us to despair as far as this subject is concerned. |

| Summary, etc. | Flexibilidad del diagnóstico en psiquiatríaHoy más que ayer, al colocarse la psiquiatría bajo la bandera de la salud mental participa en un « secuestro » blando, líquido, flojo de los sujetos insertándolos en unas redes de conformización. La « nueva » psiquiatría ya no tiene la curación como objetivo pues se conforma con el seguimiento. Y junto a esta administración social de lo desviante, van desarrollándose unas técnicas psicoreeducativas que les enseñan a los individuos a gobernarse mejor por sí mismos dando libremente un beneplácito a su normalización. No hay necesidad de atender cuando existe la posibilidad de vigilar y reeducar blandamente, libremente y de modo igualitario. Pero estos dispositivos de evaluación, normalización y sujeción encuentran sus límites en nuestras prácticas clínicas y nos permiten no desesperar del tema. |
