| Summary, etc. | Le Point accueil jeunes ( paj) a été mis en place en 1997 par l’association Santé mentale et culture de l’intersecteur de pédopsychiatrie d’un dispositif intermédiaire d’accueil en libre accès pour des adolescents en difficulté. C’est un lieu de vie alternatif proposant une nouvelle structuration des rapports humains (psychothérapie institutionnelle) dans un environnement « suffisamment bon » (Winnicott) où les médiations sociales transculturelles prennent une profonde potentialité thérapeutique. Il s’agit de construire des « praticables », des espaces du dire, du jeu, qui permettent de fabriquer du lien partagé avec les autres. Rencontre avec le collectif où il s’agit de reconnaître à chacun la singularité de la souffrance individuelle, en construisant au fil des rencontres une thérapeutique sur mesure. C’est un dispositif où la psychanalyse comme principe est accessible au tout-venant et n’est pas uniquement réservée à des initiés ou à une classe aisée. |

| Summary, etc. | The « Point accueil jeunes » ( paj) was created in 1997 by the Mental Health and Culture Association, integrated in the Childhood Psychatry Unit. It consists in a free access unit for teenagers encountering social and/or psychic difficulties. The paj is an alternative unit offering a new structuration of human relationships in a « sufficiently good » (Winnicott) environment where social and transcultural mediations acquire a deep therapeutic potential. The aim is to build spaces allowing a real freedom when it comes to speaking or playing, allowing to create a link with others. Constructing a link which takes into account the singularity of individual suffering to build little by little a « tailor-made » therapeutic. Psychoanalysis as a principle is thereafter offered to everyone who comes in and not restricted to an elite or to the well-off. |

Es un dispositivo intermedio de acceso libre que recive adolescentes en dificultad. Lugar de vida alternativo que propone una nueva estructuracion de relaciones humanas (psicoterapia institucional) en un espacio « suficientemente bueno » (Winnicott) donde las mediaciones sociales, transculturales toman una profunda potencialidad terapeutica. Se trata de construir espacios de palabra, de juego que permitan fabricar lazos con los demas. Encuentro con el colectivo donde se trata de reconocerle a cada uno la singularidad del sufrimiento individual, construllendole progresivamente en el transcurso de los encuentros una terapeutica a la medida. Dispositivo donde el psicoanalisis es accesible a todos los que vienen y no solamente a los iniciados o reservado a las claces adineradas. |
