520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc.
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. Trauma and psychosis: a few neurobiological leadsNumerous studies have documented a correlation between the occurrence of a traumatic experience during childhood or adolescence and the development of a psychotic disorder. Current neurobiological research highlights mechanisms that might explain this relationship by looking, on the one hand, at hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal involvement in stress response, and on the other hand at the interaction between the polymorphism of certain genes and external stressors. However, there is no established causal link giving rise to different diathesis-stress models.
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc.
