Le temps subjectif est une construction éminemment individuelle, qui touche à l’intime du vécu d’un sujet et est profondément modifiée lors de troubles psychiatriques. Le concept d’alexithymie initialement reconnu dans le champ psychosomatique avant de prendre une dimension transnosographique implique des modalités singulières d’être au monde. Dans cet article, nous nous proposons d’explorer les particularités de la relation habituelle au monde des patients alexithymiques du point de vue de la temporalité, et de décrire ce qui à notre sens peut en être mobilisé lors d’un suivi en psychothérapie de relaxation. |

Subjective time is a highly individual construction which intimately touches the individual during psychiatric disorders. Concept of alexithymia initially developed in the psychosomatic field contains peculiar modalities as regards its relationship with the world. In this article, we offer to explore the features of habitual relationships in the world of alexithymics from the point of view of temporality and to represent what in our sense can be subject to mobilization during relaxation psychotherapy monitoring. |

| Summary, etc. | Del hacer al decir: sobre la temporalidad en el paciente alexitímicoViene de antiguo el interés en la cuestión de la temporalidad en psicopatología. El tiempo subjetivo es un constructo sumamente individual que atañe a lo íntimo de lo vivido por un sujeto, resultando hondamente modificada en los trastornos psiquiátricos. El concepto de alexitimia identificado al principio en el campo psicosomático antes de alcanzar la dimensión transnosográfica supone unas modalidades peculiares del estar en el mudo. En este artículo, la propuesta es explorar las particularidades de la relación con el mundo habitual en los pacientes alexitímicos desde el punto de vista de la temporalidad, y describir lo que de ello, a nuestro entender, puede movilizarse durante el seguimiento de psicoterapia de relajamiento. |
