| Summary, etc. | RésuméDans les écrits psychiatriques la mise en perspective du lien amoureux et de la psychose, sa nature, ses effets sur l’évolution sont souvent négligés. Sont abordées les manifestations critiques les plus bruyantes lorsque ce lien est mis à mal et que l’objet amoureux est intégré dans un délire érotomaniaque, de jalousie ou de persécution. Différentes modalités de passages à l’acte, auto ou hétéro-agressifs sont alors décrites. Le lien amoureux lorsqu’il est constitué, préservé peut être facteur de stabilisation au plan du processus pathologique lui-même mais aussi du fait du respect du cadre thérapeutique. C’est au travers de cas de la littérature qui abordent le sujet psychotique et son entourage que nous illustrerons cette étude à la frontière de l’intime et de l’extime, à la jonction du soin et du domaine privé qui touche à la qualité de vie et à l’éthique du soin. |

| Summary, etc. | Psychosis and loveIn psychiatric writing when putting into perspective the link between love and psychosis, as well as its nature, the effects on its evolution are frequently neglected. The major critical display occurs when the link is being undermined and the love object becomes embedded in an erotomania of jealousy or persecution. Different methods of transition to the act itself, whether they are self or hetero-aggressive are then described. The loving bond as soon as it is formed, if preserved stabilizing factor in terms of the pathological process itself but also due to a compliance within the therapeutic framework. It is through cases in the literature that address the subject of psychosis and close relations that this study will illustrate the boundaries of the intimate and the extimate, at the junction of care and the private sphere that is related to the quality of life and the ethics of care. |

| Summary, etc. | Psicosis y amorEn la literatura psiquiátrica quedan a menudo descuidados la puesta en perspectiva del vínculo amoroso y de la psicosis, su índole, sus efectos en la evolución. Se abordan las manifestaciones críticas más ruidosas cuando este vínculo está dañado y el objeto del amor está integrado en un delirio erotomaníaco, de celos o persecución. Se describen a partir de ahí diferentes modalidades de paso al acto, auto o hetero-agresivo. El vínculo amoroso, cuando está constituido, preservado puede ser factor de estabilización a nivel del mismo proceso patológico pero también a causa del respeto al cuadro terapeútico. Mediante casos de la literatura que abordan el sujeto psicótico y su entorno es como ilustraremos este estudio en el que lo íntimo linda con lo éxtimo, lindando la atención médica con el dominio privado que tiene que ver con la calidad de vida y la ética del cuidado. |
