| Summary, etc. | RésuméLe conflit s’installe entre le staff administratif et le personnel médical du service des urgences d’un hôpital suite au dépôt simultané de neuf arrêts des gardes sur 14 médecins (certificats médicaux de dispense). La médecine du travail est sollicitée dans un but d’expertise médicale. L’application des principes de l’ergonomie aux conditions du travail et l’utilisation de la psychodynamique dans l’institution ont permis la résolution du conflit et la réintégration volontaire de médecins au planning des gardes. |

| Summary, etc. | Psicodinámica adaptada a la salud mental en el trabajo : conflicto en el ámbito hospitalarioEl conflicto es entre la plana mayor administrativa y el personal médico de urgencias del hospital a raíz de la presentación simultánea de nueve (de los 14 médicos) demandas de darse de baja de las guardias con certificados médicos de exoneración. La medicina laboral está requerida con un fin de peritaje médico. La aplicación de los principios de la ergonomía a las condiciones de trabajo y la utilización de la psicodinámica en la institución han permitido que se solucione el conflicto y se reincorporen voluntariamente médicos en la planificación de las guardias. |
