| Summary, etc. | RésuméLe manque d’évidence scientifique, les transformations des normes et des rapports de genre et le développement du droit anti-discriminations conduisent à ne plus considérer les identifications de genre trans’ comme une pathologie mentale, tout comme ce fut le cas pour l’homosexualité. Il demeure cependant des enjeux de bien-être et de santé mentale spécifiques aux parcours trans’ qui justifient le maintien dans la CIM et la prise en charge médicale de certaines modifications corporelles et de certaines souffrances psychiques comme la dépression. |

| Summary, etc. | Consequences of transgender depathologisationThe lack of scientific evidence, changing of gender norms and the increasing anti-discrimination rights, lead to consider transgender identification as non-pathological, like it was the case for homosexuality. However, transgender identification is a difficult process which challenges the personal well being; that is why the IDC should justify medical prescriptions and not concerning transgender identification per se, but regarding its effects. |

| Summary, etc. | Consecuencias de la depatologisación de las identificaciones de género transLa falta de evidencias científicas, las transformaciones de las normas y de las relaciones de género y el desarrollo del derecho antidiscriminatorio llevan a dejar de considerar las identificaciones de género trans como una patología mental, como ocurrió con la homosexualidad. Siguen sin embargo en juego problemas de bienestar y de salud mental específicos de los itinerarios trans que justifican la permanencia en la CIM y la atención médica de ciertas modificaciones corporales y de ciertos sufrimientos psíquicos como la depresión. |
