| Summary, etc. | Le processus de révision de la CIM-10 est dans sa phase finale. Après une rapide comparaison historique des développements des deux principales classifications diagnostiques des troubles, nous présenterons trois exemples de résultats des groupes de travail de l’OMS pour la révision. La participation des experts francophones, professionnels, usagers ou aidants (famille...) a été très faible jusqu’à présent. L’OMS et les CCOMS francophones ainsi que le ministère belge de la Santé ont lancé un projet commun pour promouvoir le développement de la CIM-11 en francophonie dont le premier objectif est de recruter des participants francophones au Réseau mondial OMS de pratique clinique. |

| Summary, etc. | Development of the ICD-11 by the WHO in Francophone countriesThe process of the ICD-10 revision is in its final phase. After a brief historical comparison of developments of the two main diagnostic classifications of disorders, we present three examples of the results of the WHO working groups for revision. The participation of French francophone experts, professionals, users or caregivers (family, etc.) has to date been very low. The WHO and WHOCC Francophone countries as well as the Belgian Ministry of Health have launched a joint project to promote the development of ICD-11 in Francophone countries whose primary objective is to recruit Francophone participants for the WHO world network of clinical practice. |

| Summary, etc. | Desarrollo de la CIM-11 de la OMS en los países francófonosEl proceso de revisión está en la fase final. Tras una rápida comparación histórica de los desarrollos de las dos principales clasificaciones diagnósticas de los trastornos, presentaremos tres ejemplos de resultados de los grupos de trabajo de la OMS para la revisión. La participación de expertos francófonos, profesionales, usuarios o auxiliares (familia...) ha sido muy baja hasta la fecha. La OMS y los CCOMS francófonos así como el ministerio belga de la salud han lanzado un proyecto común para promocionar el desarrollo en francofonía cuyo primer objetivo es contratar a participantes francófonos en la Red mundial OMS de la práctica clínica. |
