| Summary, etc. | Le lupus érythémateux disséminé (LED) est une maladie systémique auto-immune chronique de la famille des connectivites. Les manifestations psychiatriques dans le LED sont fréquentes. Elles sont en rapport avec une comorbidité, une iatrogénie due au traitement ou une atteinte neurologique centrale. Le neurolupus est une complication grave de la maladie lupique, rarement révélé par des manifestations psychiatriques sans autres signes neurologiques. Nous rapportons le cas d’une patiente atteinte du LED, qui a présenté un accès psychotique révélant une atteinte neurologique. La patiente était traitée par un antipsychotique atypique associé au traitement immunosuppresseur. Les symptômes psychotiques ont diminué progressivement jusqu’à disparition au bout d’un mois. |

| Summary, etc. | An acute psychotic access revealing a sudden flare-up of neuropsychiatric lupusaSystemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic systemic disease. Psychiatric manifestations in SLE are frequent. Neuropsychiatric manifestation involvement may be considered of primary concern if directly related to SLE activity in the central nervous system or secondary when related to treatment. Neuropsychiatric lupus is a serious complication of SLE, rarely revealed by psychiatric manifestations without other neurological signs. We report the case of a patient with SLE who presented psychotic access revealing neurological lesion. The patient was treated by an atypical antipsychotic associated with immunosuppressant therapy. Psychotic symptoms decreased gradually until death after a one-month period. |

| Summary, etc. | Acceso psicótico agudo revelador de un brote de neurolupusEl lupus eritematoso diseminado es una enfermedad sistémica autoinmune crónica de un tipo de conectivopatía. Las manifestaciones psiquiátricas en el LED son frecuentes. Están relacionadas con una comorbidez, una iatrogenia debida al tratamiento o una afección neurológica central. El neurolupus es una complicación grave de la enfermedad lúpica, raras veces revelado por manifestaciones psiquiátricas sin otras señales neurológicas. Referimos el caso de una paciente con LED que ha presentado un acceso psicótico revelador de una afección neurológica. La paciente estaba atendida con un antipsicótico atípico asociado a un tratamiento inmunosupresor. Los síntomas psicóticos fueron disminuyendo progresivamente hasta desaparecer al cabo de un mes. |
