Les auteurs ont d’abord cherché à déterminer la méthadonémie indiquant un traitement efficace. Ils ont ensuite voulu vérifier l’existence d’une relation positive entre cette notion d’efficacité thérapeutique et l’absence de consommation d’autres substances psychoactives, ainsi qu’une meilleure qualité de vie des patients. Il est apparu que certains patients sont équilibrés et répondeurs au traitement pour des méthadonémies basses voire très basses, sans justifier cliniquement de réajustement de posologie. |

Their second aim was to demonstrate a positive correlation between therapeutic efficacy and the absence of consumption of other psychoactive drugs as an improvement in the patient’s quality of life. The authors concluded that the use of methadone plasma levels could be of interest in individual cases when compliance is an issue for follow-up. |
