| Summary, etc. | Le traitement du symptôme de conversion apparu à l’adolescence pose au clinicien deux ordres de difficultés : celles liées au processus de l’adolescence et celles liées à la psychopathologie de l’hystérie de conversion.À travers une relecture psychanalytique du symptôme de conversion et d’un exemple clinique des adolescents hospitalisés en Centre de médecine physique, les auteurs tentent d’éclairer l’articulation thérapeutique des deux champs : somatique et psychique.La prise en charge physique se justifie par l’existence des troubles fonctionnels et s’appuie sur l’hypothèse d’un défaut de holding chez ce type de patients.Le travail du psychiatre de liaison, avec sa temporalité propre, apparaît comme un travail préliminaire à l’indication de psychothérapie. |

| Summary, etc. | News of conversion hysteria in adolescence : what type of management in a Centre for Physical Medicine and Functional Rehabilitation ?The treatment of conversion symptoms which appear in adolescence poses the clinician with two types of problems : those related to the process of adolescence and those related to the psychopathology of conversion hysteria. Based on a psychoanalytic interpretation of the conversion symptom and a clinical sample of adolescents hospitalized at the Centre for Physical Medicine, the authors attempt to clarify the link between the two therapeutic fields : somatic and psychic. Physical care is justified by the existence of functional disorders and is based on the assumption of a lack of holding in these patients. The work of the liaison psychiatrist with its own temporality, appears to be a preliminary work for the indication of psychotherapy. |
