| Summary, etc. | RésuméQu’est-ce qui fait « tenir » un collectif soignant ?L’actuel de notre pratique est mis à mal à une désorganisation des collectifs, à l’aune d’une refonte des institutions par une administration orientée par le profit.Qu’en est-il de nos utopies ?Nous reviendrons sur la question des médiations culturelles au sein d’institutions soignantes. La créativité se veut rempart à la chronicité et à la destructivité. Toutefois, les groupes à médiations, eux aussi, se voient confrontés aux limites budgétaires et aux contre-attitudes des acteurs, internes ou extérieurs. Cette réflexion nous mènera à proposer une nécessaire adaptation des collectifs soignants aux changements de paradigme actuels de la santé, pour aller par exemple d’institutions psychiatriques classiques vers de nouveaux dispositifs tels que les maisons des adolescents. Ceci, tout en préservant voire renforçant une qualité interne de réflexion, mettant sans cesse au travail les positions et contre-attitudes des professionnels – à notre sens, via une supervision, dont nous discuterons les profils possibles.Nous prendrons l’exemple d’un CATTP pour adolescents et de son évolution en pratique de secteur de pédopsychiatrie. |

| Summary, etc. | Supervision: a bastion against the destruction of the collective? Example of an Adolescent CATTP (Part-time-therapeutic center)What makes a collective caregiver “stay the cours”?The current state of our care practice is undermined by the disorganization of collectives, in the light of an overhaul of institutions by a profit-oriented administration.What about our utopias?We shall return later to the question of cultural mediations within health care institutions. Creativity is a bastion to chronicity and destructivity. However, mediation groups are also confronted with budgetary limits and the counter-attitudes of the participants, internal or external. Creative thinking will lead us to propose a necessary adaptation of healthcare collectives to the current pattern shifts in health, for example going from classic psychiatric institutions to new facilities such as teenage therapeutic centers. While preserving or reinforcing an internal quality of reflection this will, at the same time, constantly put to work positions and counter-attitudes of professionals, in our opinion, via a monitoring, whose possible profiles we will discuss.We will take the example of a CATTP (Part-time-therapeutic center) for teens and its evolution in the field of child psychiatry. |

| Summary, etc. | Qué le permitió a un “colectivo” de cuidadores poder aguantar ?Nuestra práctica actual se ve perjudicada por una desorganización de los colectivos, medida con el rasero de una remodelación de las instituciones de cuidadores orientada hacia el provecho.¿ Y qué pasa con nuestras utopías ?Volveremos sobre la cuestión de las mediaciones culturales dentro de las instituciones de cuidadores. La creatividad pretende ser una defensa contra la cronicidad y la destructividad. Sin embargo, los grupos con mediaciones, también ellos, se ven enfrentados a los límites presupuestarios y a las contraactitudes de los participantes, internos o exteriores. Esta reflexión nos llevará a proponer una necesaria adaptación de los colectivos de cuidadores a los cambios de paradigma actuales de la salud, por ejemplo para ir desde las instituciones psiquiátricas tradicionales hacia nuevos dispositivos como las casas de adolescentes. Y A la vez se está preservando, y por qué no reforzando, una calidad interna de reflexión, al poner a prueba de modo permanente las posturas y contraactitudes de los profesionales, a nuestro parecer, mediante una supervisión cuyos posibles perfiles discutiremos. |
