| Summary, etc. | RésuméDans ce travail, nous évoquons un moment particulier de la psychiatrie qui s’étend des années 30 aux années 80, c’est-à-dire jusqu’à l’avènement des neurosciences. Ce moment intellectuel d’une richesse particulière repose sur plusieurs éléments : la thèse de Lacan, la théorie organo-dynamique d’Henri Ey, la psychothérapie institutionnelle et la mise en place de la politique sectorielle. La question que nous nous posons est la suivante : ce moment est-il révolu devant ce qu’il convient d’appeler le raz-de-marée des neurosciences ou peut-il encore susciter de l’intérêt chez les jeunes psychiatres ? Nous verrons que ce trésor de la psychiatrie française peut encore mobiliser l’attention, par l’intérêt qu’il porte à la clinique et au sens de la maladie, au-delà des investigations neuro-scientifiques. |

| Summary, etc. | Psychiatry faced with forgetting its historyIn this study we refer to a particular period in psychiatry which ranges from the 1930s to the 1980s, that is to say, until the advent of neuroscience. This intellectual moment of particular wealth rests on several elements: Lacan's thesis, Henri Ey's Organo-dynamic theory, institutional psychotherapy and the implementation of a sectoral policy. The question we ask ourselves is the following: is this moment over before the so-called tidal wave of neuroscience or can it still stimulate interest among young psychiatrists? We shall in fact see that this treasure of French psychiatry can still mobilize attention, by its interest in the clinical and the meaning of the disease, beyond neuro-scientific investigation. |

| Summary, etc. | En este trabajo abordamos un momento particular de la psiquiatría que cubre desde los años 30 hasta los 80, es decir hasta el advenimiento de las neurociencias. Este momento intelectual de peculiar riqueza descansa en varios elementos: la tesis de Lacan, la teoría órgano-dinámica de Henri Ey, la psicoterapia institucional y la puesta en pie de la política sectorial. Ésta es la pregunta que planteamos: ¿Está cancelado este momento ante lo que conviene llamar la marejada de las neurociencias o puede el mismo provocar interés entre los jóvenes psiquiatras ? Veremos que este tesoro de la psiquiatría francesa puede seguir captando la atención mediante el interés que presta a la clínica y al sentido de la enfermedad, más allá de las investigaciones neurocientíficas. |
