Nous présentons plusieurs cas cliniques suivis d’une analyse sémiologique. Nous proposons une définition provisoire de la schizoïdie et de la mélancolie simple basée sur la consistance de l’être ainsi que la dépersonnalisation, l’impossible sans oublier le signe du miroir et la discordance. |

| Summary, etc. | Schizoid condition and simple melancholia: discrete psychosesOver the past 200 years there have been many attempts to come to terms with clinical situations in which a clear cut case for psychosis is difficult to make. Clinical cases are presented with a clinical consideration of structure and clinical signs. We propose a provisional definition of the schizoid position and simple melancholia based on the sense of the impossible, the nature of being, the mirror sign and Chaslin's notion of discordance. |

Presentamos varios casos clínicos seguidos de un análisis semiológico.
