| Summary, etc. | RésuméLe trouble de déficit attentionnel et d’hyperactivité (TDAH) est souvent associé à des comorbidités psychiatriques telles que le trouble oppositionnel avec provocation, le trouble des conduites, le trouble de dysrégulation émotionnelle et comportementale sévère et les troubles de l’humeur. Le méthylphénidate est efficace sur les symptômes du TDAH mais certaines de ces comorbidités peuvent conduire à l’association d’un antipsychotique atypique. L’association du méthylphénidate et la rispéridone peut être un traitement efficace pour le TDAH comorbide avec un trouble oppositionnel avec provocation, un trouble des conduites ou des comportements agressifs dans le cadre d’un retard mental. Cette association semble être dans l’ensemble bien tolérée. Une nouvelle théorie dopaminergique complexe est à prendre en compte dans cette association. |

| Summary, etc. | The prescription of methylphenidate associated with atypical antipsychotics in child psychiatry: a review of the literatureChildren with attention deficit disorder with hyperactivity (ADHD) often show symptoms of oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder, disruptive mood dysregulation disorder and also mood disorders. Methylphenidate is effective not only for ADHD symptoms but also as an adjunction of an atypical antipsychotic which may be necessary to treat these comorbidities. In adjunction to methylphenidate, risperidone could be effective on disruptive behavior disorders and to treat children with aggressive behaviors, cognitive impairment and ADHD. This association seems to be well tolerated. In the case of biotherapy, a new dopaminergic theory should be considered. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenEl trastorno del déficit de atención y de hiperactividad (TDAH) está muchos veces asociado a unas comorbideces psiquiátricas tales como el trastorno de oposición con provocación (o desafiante), el trastorno de las conductas, el trastorno de la disregulación emocional y comportamental severa y los trastornos del humor. El metilfenidato es eficaz sobre los síntomas del TDAH pero algunas de estas comorbideces pueden conducir a la asociación de un antipsicótico atípico. La asociación del metilfenidato y la risperidona pueden ser un tratamiento eficaz para el TDAH comórbido con un trastorno de oposición desafiante, un trastorno de las conductas o de los comportamientos agresivos en el marco de un retraso mental. Esta asociación parece en conjunto bastante aceptada. Una nueva teoría dopaminérgica compleja ha de tomarse en cuenta en esta asociación. |
