520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc.
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. Psychiatric Manifestations Revealing Huntington's Disease : concerning one case. We report the case of a 32 year old woman, with no previous medical or psychiatric history, hospitalized under restraint, in psychiatric ward B at the Hédi Chaker University Hospital in Sfax (Tunisia), for the care management of psychotic symptoms suggesting Huntington's disease (HD). This pathology is most often described by its neurological component, i.e. chorea. However, psychiatric disorders are common and appear throughout the entire course of the disease. They can be inaugural, which could lead to misdiagnosis and delay proper disease management. Based on this illustrative clinical case study, we propose to describe the revealing psychiatric manifestations of HD and to identify the socio-familial repercussions of this pathology.
