| Summary, etc. | RésuméL’orientation et la prise en charge des troubles du comportement alimentaire (TCA) sont régulièrement mises à mal par le délai d’attente pour accéder aux services spécialisés et le manque de visibilité sur l’organisation du réseau de soins. Aussi, les établissements privés ne sont pas souvent identifiés comme participant au réseau spécialisé TCA. L’article décrit les prises en charge des TCA au sein de l’établissement privé psychiatrique clinique Villa Montsouris. Les soins sont dispensés sous forme d’hospitalisation temps plein et s’appuient sur une prise en charge multidisciplinaire : psychiatrique, médicale, psychologique, diététique, infirmière. Le contrat thérapeutique, clé de voûte des soins, se réalise entre patient et équipe de soins dans un style collaboratif privilégiant l’approche motivationnelle. |

| Summary, etc. | Treatment of eating disorders in the psychiatric clinicThe guidance and treatment of people suffering from eating disorders (ED) is regularly jeopardized by the waiting time for access to specialized services and the lack of transparency as to the organization of the care network. For these reasons private institutions are not often seen as participants in the network of ED specialty care. This article describes the treatment of ED in the private psychiatric clinic Villa Montsouris. Care is provided in the form of full-time inpatient hospitalization based on multidisciplinary care, shared by psychiatrists, physicians, psychologists, dieticians, and nurses. The therapeutic contract, the keystone of care, is an agreement between the patient and the care team, drawn up collaboratively following the principles of the motivational approach. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenLa orientación y la atención de los trastornos del comportamiento alimentario (TCA) se ven con regularidad perjudicadas por el plazo de espera para acceder a los servicios especializados y la falta de visibilidad sobre la organización de la red de cuidados. Por lo mismo, los establecimientos privados no están muchas veces identificados como que participan en la red especializada TCA. El artículo describe la atención de los TCA dentro del establecimiento privado psiquiátrico clínica Villa Montsouris. La prestación de atención se da en forma de hospitalización a tiempo completo y se apoya en una atención multidisciplinar: psiquiatría, médica, psicológica, dietética, enfermera. El contrato terapéutico, clave en los cuidados se lleva acabo entre paciente y equipo de cuidados en un estilo colaborativo que privilegia el enfoque motivacional. |
