Plusieurs défis surgissent dans les processus d’implantation à grande échelle, dont la fidélité aux composantes essentielles du modèle déjà bien identifiées et appuyées sur des données scientifiques. À travers la francophonie, l’exemple de la province de Québec (Canada), permet de faire ressortir des pistes de solutions favorisant l’implantation des meilleures pratiques en intervention précoce. La collaboration entre l’Association québécoise des programmes pour premiers épisodes psychotiques (une communauté de pratique qui offre du mentorat et de la formation spécialisée continue – webinaires1, cours, conférences) en complémentarité avec le Centre national d’excellence en santé mentale, en plus des investissements gouvernementaux dédiés et la publication d’un cadre de référence national sont des facteurs clés de succès. |

| Summary, etc. | Essential elements for the large-scale implantation of early intervention programs for first episode psychosis in the French-speaking world: The example of Quebec. Early intervention for psychosis services (EIS) has yet to be successfully implemented in a widespread manner across French-speaking countries and regions of the world. Several challenges have been met during this process. One of these challenges is the implementation of programs that adhere to the essential components of the evidence-based model of EIS. The province of Québec, in Canada, provides a prime example of such challenges and offers insight for possible solutions to ensure that EIS follows practice guidelines. In Québec, the collaboration between the Association Québécoise des programmes pour premiers épisodes psychotiques (a community of practice that offers continuing medical education and mentorship to mental health practitioners in early intervention for psychosis through webinars, courses, and conferences) and the Centre national d’excellence en santé mentale have been key elements towards providing a framework for EIS to ensure that the best practices are in place. Furthermore, new governmental investments specifically for the creation of new EIS and the improvement of already existing ones, accompanied by the publication of an administrative framework, have contributed equally towards promoting successful widespread implementation of EIS. |

Surgen varios desafíos en los procesos de implantación a gran escala, entre ellos la fidelidad a los componentes esenciales del modelo ya bien identificados y apoyados en datos científicos. Gracias a la Francofonía, el ejemplo de la provincia de Quebec (Canadá), permite resaltar unas pistas para soluciones que favorecen la implantación de las mejores prácticas en intervención precoz. La colaboración entre la asociación quebequesa de los programas para primeros episodios psicóticos (una comunidad de práctica que ofrece mentorado y formación especializada continua (webinarios, clases, conferencias) en complementariedad con el Centro Nacional de Excelencia en salud mental, además de las inversiones gubernamentales dedicadas y la publicación de un cuadro de referencia nacional son factores claves del éxito. |
