| Summary, etc. | ResuméL’uxoricide, ou meurtre de l’épouse, a longtemps été réduit à un crime passionnel, commis par le mari dans un contexte d’infidélité de sa femme. Si les violences conjugales font l’objet de publications régulières, la question de l’uxoricide pathologique est moins abordée dans la littérature scientifique.Nous présentons le cas clinique de M. X1, pris en charge suite à l’homicide de son ex-compagne dans un contexte pathologique de décompensation schizophrénique.Nous détaillons la dynamique de l’acte, en analysant en parallèle la littérature disponible. La majorité des articles retrouvent un agresseur atteint de trouble délirant paranoïaque ou de trouble dépressif mélancoliforme. Nous questionnons donc à travers ce cas atypique la psychopathologie de l’uxoricide et la pertinence du concept de crime passionnel. |

Psychodynamic analysis of a clinical caseUxoricide or spousal murder has long been reduced to a crime of passion committed by husbands when wives were unfaithful. Domestic violence is the subject of regular scientific publications, whereas the matter of pathological uxoricide seems less covered. We present the case report of M. X, treated for schizophrenia after the homicide of his ex-wife during a psychotic episode.We detail the dynamics of the act and at the same time analyze the available literature. Most of the articles describe an offender affected by a paranoia disorder or by a melancholia disorder. Using this atypical case of uxoricide, we query the psychopathology and the relevance of the concept of crime of passion. |

| Summary, etc. | El uxoricidio o muerte de la esposa largo tiempo se redujo a un crimen pasional cometido por el marido en un contexto de infidelidad de su mujer. Si las violencias conyugales son objeto de publicaciones regulares, la cuestión del uxoricidio patológico está menos abordada en la literatura científica.Presentamos el caso clínico del señor X, atendido a raíz del homicidio de su excompañera en un contexto patológico de descompensación esquizofrénica.Pormenorizamos la dinámica del acto, analizando en paralelo la literatura disponible. La mayoría de los artículos acaban dando con una agresor con trastorno delirante paranóico o trastorno depresivo melancoliforme. Por lo tanto interrogamos mediante este caso atípico la psicopatología del uxoricidio y la pertinencia del concepto de crimen pasional. |
