| Summary, etc. | À travers l’étude d’un cas clinique de notre pratique, nous proposons d’interroger la catégorie diagnostique « thésaurisation pathologique (syllogomanie) » du DSM 5 tributaire d’un nouveau paradigme basé sur un critère dimensionnel, quantitatif, continu et gradualiste. Nous déplierons l’analyse en contrepoint avec une conceptualisation structurale de la position subjective développée à partir des descriptions psychiatriques classiques et de la psychanalyse. Nous étudierons un ensemble d’éléments fondamentaux qui nous permettent, en termes de dynamique structurelle, d’argumenter les positions du clinicien pour soutenir ses interventions. |

| Summary, etc. | The place of the accumulation of objects: From a diagnostic sign to the subjective arrangement of the sense of lifeThrough the study of a clinical case in our practice, we propose to question the diagnostic category “Hoarding disorder” in the DSM-5, coming from new paradigm based on dimensional, quantitative, continuous, and gradualist criteria. We will develop our analysis in parallel with a structural conceptualization of the subjective position developed by classical psychiatric descriptions and psychoanalysis. We will study a set of fundamental elements that allow us to explain the clinician's position and that support their interventions, in terms of structural dynamics. |

| Summary, etc. | Mediante el estudio de un caso clínico de nuestra práctica, proponemos interrogar la categoría diagnóstica “Tesaurización patológica (Silogomanía)” del DSM 5 tributaria de un nuevo paradigma o fundada en un criterio dimensional, cuantitativo, continuo y gradualista. Desplegaremos el análisis en contrapunto con una conceptualización estructural de la posición subjetiva desarrollada a partir de las descripciones psiquiátricas clásicas del psicoanálisis. Estudiaremos un conjunto de elementos fundamentales que nos permiten, en términos de dinámica estructural, fundamentar las posiciones que sostienen las intervenciones clinicas. |
