| Summary, etc. | Cette étude explore, d’un point de vue anthropologique et psychologique, les difficultés d’acculturation chez les Japonais habitant en région parisienne où la cohabitation de cultures différentes est importante. Elle montre une grande vulnérabilité psychologique liée à leur culture dans leur parcours d’acculturation à Paris : l’individualisme français vient heurter leur sens de la priorité du groupe et leur extrême sensibilité est malmenée par l’indifférence des Parisiens. Si certains ne peuvent assimiler la culture parisienne, d’un autre côté, ils y découvrent une liberté nouvelle voire une occasion de reconstruction de leurs valeurs. |

| Summary, etc. | This study explores, from an anthropological and psychological point of view, the acculturation difficulties experienced by Japanese migrants living in Paris, where there is a great deal of cohabitation of different cultures. Our study shows that they experience significant psychological and cultural vulnerability when adapting to living in Paris: their sense of the priority of the group opposes French individualism, and their high sensitivity meets with the indifference of Parisians. Some cannot assimilate into Parisian culture, while others discover a new freedom, even an opportunity to reconstruct their values. |

| Summary, etc. | Este estudio explora desde un punto de vista antropológico, las dificultades de aculturación entre los japoneses que viven en la región de París en la que es importante la coexistencia de culturas diferentes. Señala una gran vulnerabilidad psicológica vinculada con su cultura en su recorrido de aculturación en París: el individualismo francés viene a chocar con su sentido de la prioridad del grupo y su extremada sensibilidad queda maltrecha por la indiferencia de los parisinos. Si algunos no pueden asimilar la cultura parisina, por otro lado descubren en ella una libertad nueva cuando no una ocasión de reconstrucción de sus valores. |
