| Summary, etc. | Les champs de la psychiatrie et de la santé mentale ont toujours été des lieux d’échanges féconds entre la France et l’Argentine. Nous évoquerons deux outils destinés à l’usage des cliniciens, issus des travaux réalisés en France et qui ont eu une puissante résonance en Argentine à travers leur traduction : la Classification française des troubles mentaux (CFTM R-2015) et l’ Échelle de description et d’évaluation clinique COP 13 (pour clinique organisée des psychoses). Ils témoignent de la possibilité d’une « autre psychiatrie » orientée par la psychopathologie. |

The psychopathology facing the test of the CFTM R-2015 and the COP 13Psychiatry and mental health have always been areas of fruitful exchange between France and Argentina. We describe two clinical tools, resulting from French research, which have had a major impact in Argentina following their translation into Spanish: the Classification française des troubles mentaux (CFTM R-2015) and the Clinique organisée des psychoses (COP 13), a scale for clinical description and evaluation. These bear witness to the possibility of “another psychiatry,” one guided by psychopathology. |

| Summary, etc. | Los campos de la psiquiatría y de la salud mental han sido siempre espacios de fecundos intercambios entre Francia y Argentina. Evocaremos dos herramientas destinadas al uso de los clínicos, resultantes de trabajos realizados en Francia y que han tenido una potente resonancia en Argentina a través de sus traducciones: La clasificación francesa de los trastornos mentales (CFTM R-2015) y la escala de evaluación clínica COP13 (Clínica Organizada de las Psicosis) que son el testimonio de la posibilidad de “otra psiquiatría” orientada por la psicopatología. |
