| Summary, etc. | Le 11 mars 2020, l’Organisation mondiale de la santé a déclaré le passage à l’état de pandémie l’infection liée au dernier coronavirus, le SARS-CoV-2. Dans ce contexte, l’hôpital d’instruction des armées Legouest (HIAL) à Metz a dû se reconfigurer en urgence.Le 19 mars 2020, l’HIAL a créé une cellule de soutien pour répondre aux enjeux éthiques de la crise sanitaire, décrits dans le rapport du 13 mars 2020 du comité consultatif national d’éthique.Pour piloter cette cellule de soutien éthique (CSEt), la direction de l’HIAL a choisi le chef du service de psychiatrie de l’hôpital.Nous partageons ici l’expérience concrète des actions et du travail fournis par la CSEt. Nous développons aussi une réflexion sur la place du psychiatre dans une telle cellule de soutien éthique. En effet, le pilotage d’une structure dédiée à l’éthique exige un positionnement singulier. |

| Summary, etc. | On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared the latest coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2, to be a pandemic. Due to this, the Legouest Military Training Hospital (HIAL) in Metz had to urgently reconfigure itself. On March 19, 2020, the HIAL created a support unit to respond to the ethical challenges of the health crisis, described in the National Consultative Ethics Committee's report of March 13, 2020. The HIAL management chose the head of the hospital's psychiatry service to lead this ethical support unit (CSEt). We share here the practical experience of the actions and work of the CSEt. We also develop some reflection on the place of the psychiatrist in such an ethical support unit. Indeed, the management of a structure dedicated to ethics requires a unique positioning. |

En este contexto, el hospital de instrucción de los Ejércitos Legouest (HIAL) en la ciudad de Metz tuvo que reconfigurarse urgentemente.El 19 de marzo de 2020, el HIAL ha creado una célula de apoyo para responder a los retos éticos de la crisis sanitaria, descritos en el informe del 13 de marzo de 2020 del Comité consultivo nacional de ética.Para pilotar esta célula de apoyo ética (CSEt) la dirección de HIAL ha escogido el jefe de servicio de psiquiatría del hospital.Compartimos aquí la experiencia concreta de las acciones y del trabajo brindados por la CSEt. Desarrollamos también una reflexión sobre el lugar del psiquiatra en tal célula de apoyo ético. En efecto el pilotaje de una estructura dedicada a lo ético exige un posicionamiento singular. |
