520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. The authors report on clinical work with parents whose first child was placed in care by the social services and who were waiting for the birth of their second child. Major issues are at stake around this new pregnancy for the families as well as for the professionals supporting them. In this context, the perinatal care ward at Le Vésinet hospital can be called upon to support the parent-child bond at an early stage and so offer a sufficiently supportive framework at the time of the infant’s arrival. Indeed, it accommodates pregnant women and mothers who are hospitalised alongside their infant(s). With the opening of the day hospital in 2019, fathers can now also be officially supported in establishing a bond with their child and be offered a real place. The project aims to welcome the family to the encounter with the child, if possible right from pregnancy. How can we work with the parents when the narcissistic wound linked to the first placement often occupies the foreground?
