| Summary, etc. | En janvier 2020, l’OMS a déclaré l’émergence d’un nouveau virus SARS-CoV2 constituant une urgence de santé publique de portée internationale. Aux CH de Cannes et de Grasse, à l’annonce du confinement généralisé, un dispositif de veille sanitaire (recontacts téléphoniques) destiné aux adolescents admis aux urgences pédiatriques durant le premier trimestre 2020 a été mis en place par l’équipe de liaison du service de pédopsychiatrie. Ce travail aborde les principes fondamentaux de ce dispositif. |

Following the announcement of widespread lockdown, the child psychiatry liaison team of the University Hospitals of Cannes and Grasse established a health monitoring mechanism (via telephone contact) for adolescents who had been admitted to the pediatric emergency department during the first quarter of 2020. This article discusses the principles upon which the mechanism is founded. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenEn enero de 2020, la OMS declaró la aparición de un nuevo virus SARS-CoV2 que constituía una emergencia de salud pública de alcance internacional. En los hospitales de Cannes y Grasse, tras el anuncio del confinamiento generalizado, un dispositivo de seguimiento sanitario (recontactos telefónicos) dirigido a los adolescentes ingresados en urgencias pediátricas durante el primer trimestre de 2020 fue puesto en marcha por el equipo de enlace del servicio de psiquiatría infantil. Este trabajo aborda los principios fundamentales de este dispositivo. |
