| Summary, etc. | L’accès direct à un soin psychologique est un impératif de santé publique. Il est actuellement freiné par une conception trop médico-centrée de la santé en France. Cette organisation de la santé publique française fondée sur un paradigme du xixe siècle est préjudiciable à l’instauration d’un partenariat entre professionnels de la santé au bénéfice des patients et avec eux. Il est nécessaire de sortir d’une logique de prescription médicale obligatoire des soins et de valoriser l’expertise de chaque profession dans le cadre de relations partenariales. Les psychologues ont des propositions d’organisation alternative qui ont été transmises au ministère des Solidarités et de la Santé. |

| Summary, etc. | El acceso directo a la atención psicológica es un imperativo de salud pública. Actualmente se ve obstaculizada por una concepción de la salud excesivamente centrada en lo médico en Francia. Esta organización de la sanidad francesa basada en un paradigma del siglo XIXes perjudicial para el establecimiento de una asociación entre profesionales de la salud en beneficio de los pacientes y con ellos. Es necesario salir de una lógica de prescripción médica obligatoria de los cuidados y valorar la experiencia de cada profesión en el marco de las relaciones de colaboración. Los psicólogos tienen propuestas para una organización alternativa que han sido enviadas al Ministerio de Solidaridad y Salud. |
