| Summary, etc. | Le syndrome de Cushing (CS) est une maladie relativement rare qui résulte d’un hypercortisolisme chronique. Ce syndrome est caractérisé par la présence de manifestations psychiatriques diverses qui peuvent l’accompagner à tous ses stades d’évolution, ils peuvent soit inaugurer le tableau clinique, soit apparaître au cours de la maladie, comme elles peuvent persister même après la résolution du syndrome de Cushing.À travers une vignette clinique, nous rapportons un cas d’un syndrome de Cushing chez une jeune patiente, qui a présenté un tableau de dépression mélancolique dans le cadre d’un trouble bipolaire et ayant précédé la découverte de la maladie de Cushing. |

| Summary, etc. | Cushing's syndrome (CS) is a relatively rare disease resulting from chronic hypercortisolism and is characterised by various psychiatric manifestations that may be associated to Cushing's syndrome at any stage of its evolution, either at the beginning of the disease (prodromal phase) or during its evolution, as well as persisting even after resolution of the Cushing's syndrome.In a clinical vignette, we reporte a case of Cushing's syndrome in a young patient with melancholic depression in the context of bipolar disorder prior to the development of Cushing's disease. |

| Summary, etc. | El síndrome de Cushing (SC) es una enfermedad relativamente poco frecuente de resultas de un hipercortisolismo crónico. Este síndrome está caracterizado por la presencia de diversas manifestaciones psiquiátricas que pueden acompañarlo en todas las etapas de su evolución, y que pueden también inaugurar el cuadro clínico o aparecer durante en el transcurso de la enfermedad, o bien, tanto como pueden persistir incluso después de la resolución del síndrome de Cushing.Mediante una viñeta clínica, informamos sobre un caso de síndrome de Cushing en una paciente joven, que presentó una depresión melancólica en el contexto de un trastorno bipolar que precedió al descubrimiento de la enfermedad de Cushing. |
