| Summary, etc. | La douleur est souvent liée à un problème de sens pour le patient. Peut-on faire évoluer ce sens à partir d’une relation patient/thérapeute ? Un modèle anthropologique nouveau, l’anthropologie symétrique, en lien avec une pratique thérapeutique nouvelle associant la réalité virtuelle (RV) et l’hypnose peut faire évoluer ce sens. À l’aide de l’hypnose, le thérapeute propose de partager avec le patient une expérience à la fois immersive, interactive et imaginaire. La thérapie par réalité virtuelle met en scène de façon visuelle et sonore un problème du patient sous forme de modèle 3D. Cette sculpture se transforme à la suite d’une co-création associant patient, thérapeute et culture nouvelle sous la forme d’une sculpture partagée au point qu’émerge une conscience nouvelle du problème posé en lien avec une solution. Il en résulte une nouvelle approche en psychopathologie mais aussi un nouveau modèle pour l’hypnose dit hyperhypnose (en référence à la logique de l’hypertexte du réseau Internet) un dépassement de l’usage technique de ces nouvelles médiations dites « numéristes » que nous appellerons transnuméristes en lien avec un hyperhumanisme. |

| Summary, etc. | For the patient, pain is often linked to a problem of meaning. Can this meaning be altered by way of the patient-therapist relationship? A new anthropological model, symmetrical anthropology, combined with a new therapeutic practice combining virtual reality (VR) and hypnosis, may make it possible to do so. With the help of hypnosis, the therapist is able to share with the patient an experience that is at once immersive, interactive, and imaginative. Therapy using virtual reality offers a visual and auditory staging of the patient's problem in the form of a 3D model. This sculpture is transformed by a process of co-creation that brings together patient, therapist, and new culture in the form of a shared sculpture, to the point where there emerges a new understanding of the problem, along with a solution. The result is a new approach in psychopathology, but also a new model of hypnosis called hyperhypnosis (in reference to the hypertext logic of the internet), and a step beyond the technical use of these new so-called “digitalist” mediations which we call transdigitalist, in combination with a hyperhumanism. |

| Summary, etc. | El dolor suele estar vinculado con un problema de significado para el paciente. ¿Puede este significado sufrir una evolución a partir de una relación paciente-terapeuta? Un nuevo modelo antropológico, la antropología simétrica, vinculado con una nueva práctica terapéutica que combina la realidad virtual (RV) y la hipnosis, puede ayudar a que evolucione este sentido. Mediante la hipnosis, el terapeuta le propone al paciente compartir una experiencia a la vez inmersiva, interactiva e imaginaria. La terapia de realidad virtual ofrece de modo visual y sonora un problema del paciente en forma de modelo 3D. Esta escultura se convierte, a través de un proceso de cocreación en el que participan el paciente, el terapeuta y la nueva cultura, en una escultura compartida hasta el punto de que surge una nueva conciencia del problema planteado en relación con una solución. El resultado es un nuevo enfoque de la psicopatología pero también un nuevo modelo de hipnosis llamado hiperhipnosis (en referencia a la lógica del hipertexto de la red Internet), una superación del uso técnico de estas nuevas mediaciones llamadas “numéricas” que llamaremos transnuméricas en relación con un hiperhumanismo. |
