| Summary, etc. | Le traitement des troubles des conduites alimentaires chez les jeunes adultes hospitalisés s’avère complexe et doit tenir compte de leur caractère multifactoriel, et de la dynamique post-adolescente. Nous avons pour cela modélisé un dispositif d’entretiens familiaux joints (EFJ) (psychiatre et psychologue-psychanalyste) dont nous esquissons ici la fonction thérapeutique spécifique. Nous contextualisons le cadre institutionnel de la proposition, puis nous spécifions l’offre d’EFJ comme réponse à une indication particulière liée à la prévalence d’un déni partagé portant sur les aspects familiaux du symptôme. Devant cette communauté de déni, ce dispositif thérapeutique fonctionne comme lieu contenant qui nous permet d’inscrire, suivant une technique que nous indiquons, l’angoisse familiale partagée sous-jacente à ce symptôme. Cela permet une subjectivation qui relance la dynamique de séparation-émancipation. |

| Summary, etc. | Treating eating disorders in young adult inpatients is complex, and must take into account their multifactorial nature as well as post-adolescent dynamics. To that effect, we have devised a specific setting: joint family consultations (JFC) (psychiatrist and psychologist-psychoanalyst). In this paper, we outline its specific therapeutic function. Starting from the institutional context in which it is offered to patients and families, we then explain its indication: namely, situations of strong shared denial regarding the family dimension of the symptom. In the presence of such a community of denial, our setting works like a containing space allowing us to inscribe, through a technique exemplified in the paper, the shared family anxiety underlying the symptom. Such an inscription enables subjectivization, which sets back in motion the dynamics of separation as emancipation. |

| Summary, etc. | El tratamiento de los trastornos alimentarios en adultos jóvenes hospitalizados es complejo y debe tomar en cuenta su carácter multifactorial y la dinámica post-adolescente. Para ello, hemos modelado un sistema de entrevistas familiares conjuntas [EFJ] (psiquiatra y psicólogo-psicoanalista) cuya función terapéutica específica esbozamos aquí. Contextualizamos el marco institucional de la propuesta, y a continuación concretamos la oferta de la EFJ como respuesta a una indicación particular vinculada a la prevalencia de una negación compartida sobre los aspectos familiares del síntoma. Frente a esta comunidad de negación, este dispositivo terapéutico funciona como un lugar de contención que permite inscribir, siguiendo una técnica que indicamos, la angustia familiar compartida que subyace a este síntoma. Esto permite una subjetivación que relanza la dinámica de separación-emancipación. |
