| Summary, etc. | La dermatomyosite est une maladie auto-immune d’origine idiopathique qui se manifeste par des signes hétérogènes dominés par les signes cutanés. C’est une pathologie rare dont le diagnostic incite à rechercher un cancer associé, notamment un lymphome ou un cancer de l’ovaire. La dermatomyosite est souvent associée à une infection virale ; elle a été identifiée chez des patients infectés par l’hépatite virale B, mais il n’existe aucune preuve histologique directe d’une association entre les deux.Nous rapportons le cas d’une patiente de 68 ans suivie pour une dermatomyosite, chez laquelle ont été diagnostiqués une hépatite virale B et un cancer de l’ovaire. |

| Summary, etc. | Dermatomyositis is an autoimmune disease of idiopathic origin, which manifests with heterogeneous signs, dominated by those that are cutaneous. It is a rare pathology, and the diagnosis prompts investigation for an associated cancer, in particular, lymphoma or ovarian cancer. Dermatomyositis is often associated with a viral infection and has been identified in patients infected with viral hepatitis B, however, there is no direct histological evidence of an association between the two. We report the case of a 68-year-old patient followed for dermatomyositis, diagnosed with viral hepatitis B and ovarian cancer. |
